Mobile Apps Design
Background
As a senior UI/UX designer at Gense Technology, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of app design projects, ranging from mobile apps to desktop apps. Since it is a new self-help medical product, our team believes that the app should not only look great, but also be intuitive and easy to use. That's why we take a user-centered design approach to every project, starting with research to understand our users' needs and behaviors.
From there, I create wireframes and prototypes to test and refine our designs before moving on to final visual designs. Please explore my portfolio to see some examples of my app design work at Gense Technology.

As a user researcher on the medical device project, I have worked extensively to understand the needs and behaviors of our users. My primary goal has been to identify ways in which we can engage users with our device, and make it easy and intuitive for them to use.
To achieve this goal, I have conducted user research through various methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing. I have also analyzed user feedback and data to gain insights into how users interact with our device and what their pain points are.

My work on the UX design of the app has involved creating wireframes and prototypes to test and refine the user flows and function tree-maps. I have collaborated closely with the development team to ensure that the app is functional and meets the needs of our users.

I am also responsible for creating wireframes that show the team members the interface of the application in different situations. This helps the team quickly understand the scale of the product and propose improvements and modifications.

Website Design
Background
Due to increased attention on the company, a website that aligns with the company's image can provide clients, partners, and interested individuals with a better understanding of our products. My role is to define the project goals and objectives for the website, research Gense Technologies' target audience, competitors, and industry trends. I will showcase the results through Sketch, Wireframe, and Prototyping. Throughout the process, I will continuously conduct user testing to validate the design and make improvements. I will provide a detailed explanation of my approach and process below.

Research and Analysis

I have positioned Gense's target audience as investors, healthcare professionals, elderly homes, medical device distributors, and others who are interested in collaboration. Therefore, this is a B2B website. Since the medical imaging equipment we sell is unique in the market, there is a lack of understanding about its functions, usage scenarios, and advantages. This is why our target audience wants to browse our website. I believe that the entire website needs to clearly and vividly display information to users.
